STUDENT MINISTRIES

Our vision for middle and high school students is to help them develop into fully devoted followers of Jesus. Towards that end, we welcome students to be fully involved in the church body, learning and worshiping alongside Christ followers both young and old. We aim to give each student a sense of belonging in the Woodland Hills family, as well as the resources and relational support that they need to thrive spiritually.

CHILDREN’S MINISTRIES

Children and youth up to 18 years old are invited to join The Embassy every second and fourth Sundays at 6 p.m. from January to early May and from September to early December.

MEN’S MINISTRIES

WHCC’s men’s ministry exists to equip men with the tools they need to live a Christ honoring life. This happens through individual relationships as well as group gatherings.

WOMEN’S MINISTRIES

Ladies are invited to join our Bible study also on the second and fourth Sunday of the month from January to early May and from September to early December. Our sessions start at 6 p.m. and concludes around 7:30 p.m. with dinner.

Home Groups

Various families take turns hosting home groups. We meet twice a month from January to early May and from September to early December.

ENGLISH CORNERS
Helping refugees and internationals through informal English classes

In November 2018, we launched English Corners—a place where internationals and refugees in our community can gather with native English speakers to practice English. We moved our classes online in March 2020.  We currently offer an advanced class on Thursday evenings and an intermediate class on Tuesday evenings. If you are interested in participating as a volunteer or as an English learner, please contact us for more information.
