Do you remember the man from whom Jesus cast out Legion, a whole host of demons? He was so ecstatic over his deliverance from demonic bondage that he pled with Jesus to allow him to accompany Him.
But Jesus did not permit him to do so. Instead, He said to him, “Go to your home and to your people and tell them what great things the Lord has done for you, and how He had mercy on you” (Mk 5:19). And he did! And many came to put their trust in Jesus as a result!
I encourage you to share with someone else what great things the Lord has done for you! Such as how He saved you, how He provided for you, how He led you. Perhaps you’ll share how He has amazed you with His power or kindness. Or maybe you’ll tell us what He has been teaching you, or instances of His mercy, or even what you learned from His correction.
What great things?
